AI-narrated recordings

The publishers barred ministries from recording the devotionals and posting them on YouTube, which left us without audio.

Other ministries chose to narrate devotionals generated by AI. We built a process in which AI only reads each devotional's real text, without changing anything. It may still make a few mistakes, and these recordings are not posted on YouTube.

Producing them every day is costly. Thank you for your support and patience.

Verse:

And they said . . . , Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures? —Luke 24:32, KJV

Jesus’ friends exclaimed the words of Luke 24:32 after they recognized who had walked with them to Emmaus. Does your heart burn within you after spending time in God’s Word? The friends rushed back to Jerusalem to tell the disciples.

There Jesus appeared to the group.

They were shocked and could not believe He was alive. He reminded them, “All things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me” (Luke 24:44, KJV).

Likewise, we must study God’s Word for ourselves to know what the future holds. Jesus stayed for forty days after His resurrection to encourage and strengthen His followers. By the time Jesus ascended to heaven, they were fully on fire for Him.

Daily they got together to pray and humbly plead with God. They worshiped daily in the temple, met in homes, and generously shared their meals with joy (see Acts 1:14; 2:46). My friends, now is the time to order our lives so we can study together in homes, sharing meals and uniting in prayer with others seeking a closer walk with God.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the early believers grew in their faith and gained the gifts of preaching and healing with boldness.

We can expect to receive the same and more as we seek to know Him deeply. Using their gifts resulted in Peter and John being thrown in jail.

At their trial the next morning, the leaders were amazed at their boldness, for they knew the men were uneducated, ordinary people.

But they recognized them as friends of Jesus (see Acts 4:13). The council was afraid to sentence Peter and John for fear of a riot, so they ordered them to stop preaching and healing in the name of Jesus. The apostles replied, “We cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard” (Acts 4:20, KJV). Sisters, can others see that we are friends of Jesus? As I write these words, my heart burns within me with longing to be bold like Peter and John. Like them I want to exclaim, “I can’t stop sharing my experiences.” What about you? Do you long for the same experience? Let us determine to follow on to know Him; then, as we walk beside Him, our hearts will burn like fire.
