AI-narrated recordings
The publishers barred ministries from recording the devotionals and posting them on YouTube, which left us without audio.
Other ministries chose to narrate devotionals generated by AI. We built a process in which AI only reads each devotional's real text, without changing anything. It may still make a few mistakes, and these recordings are not posted on YouTube.
Producing them every day is costly. Thank you for your support and patience.

Verse:But I trust in your unfailing love. I will rejoice because you have rescued me. —Psalm 13:5, NLT
Why does it feel like getting closer to God is so hard? I once heard the expression, “A good crisis is something to take advantage of.” And while no one likes to face a crisis, there is Someone who can use it to help us advance in our journey of faith.
If we are willing, God can take advantage of a storm to transform us. He will allow a storm if it means He can use it to help us grow in character and be strengthened in Him. When the disciples found themselves in a wild storm on the Sea of Galilee, they forgot Jesus was with them in the boat. Jesus used the storm to teach them He controlled the wind and waves. And when they reached the shore and encountered a crazed demoniac (another kind of storm), Jesus calmed the storm within the man. Did you ever stop to think it was Jesus who led the way? He did not bypass the storm. He did not prevent the storm.
He weathered the storm with His disciples.
Storms are not only external experiences.
Sometimes they rage within us. Emotional turmoil and stress can make our minds feel as though whatever is holding us together is no longer working.
Our storms are deeply personal, impacting those parts of us that others may know nothing about. Still, God can use the internal storms to help us grow.
It is probably not a pretty situation, but if we hang on to Jesus, He will use it for our good. Are you in the middle of a storm? Are you confused by things that were going in one direction changing to a direction you cannot begin to understand? Do you feel tired? Drained of energy and emotion? Do you need to find rest? Jesus knows.
He sees, even if we feel like no one else has noticed or cares. Remember Hagar, bone tired and alone with her son in the middle of an emotional storm? She felt unseen and abandoned in an empty, scorching desert. But her Savior noticed.
Just like Hagar, our Savior watches us and makes provision for every step of the way. Be assured of His presence and guidance; He cares for us above all.
Storms? Jesus is there. No storms? Jesus is still there.
We need him every day, every hour, every minute.
Dear Lord, help us to see Your mighty hand so we never forget You are leading.
